Eltex Sähkö ja Automaatio Oy sales the company to Assemblin
Assemblin has acquired all of the shares in Eltex Sähkö ja Automaatio Oy with 25 employees and annual sales of approximately EUR 2 million. The acquisition further strengthens Assemblin’s electrical and automation expertise in Finland.
TietoAkseli Corporate Finance acted as an advisor to Eltex Sähkö ja Automaatio Oy on the sale of the company to Assemblin Oy.
