Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Our customer satisfaction survey is sent to the contact persons of our active customers who have not opted out of our marketing communications. Sending the email invitation to the customer satisfaction survey is based on TietoAkseli’s legitimate interest in accordance with section 202 of the Act on Electronic Communications Services (direct marketing to a legal entity).
Responding to the survey is voluntary. The processing of personal data in the survey responses and in the prize draw is based on the respondent’s consent. Respondents may be identified from the survey responses. We use the responses you provide to assess the satisfaction of our customers and their contact persons, to develop our services, and to improve our customer experience. The survey data is not used for automated individual decision-making.
Based on your responses, we may contact you, for example, to provide additional information you have requested, to handle the feedback you have given, or to offer you services that you may be interested in. You may withdraw our marketing communications at any time.

Recipients of the data and data transfers
The survey responses are stored in Surveypal Oy’s Surveypal survey tool, which is accessible only to TietoAkseli personnel. In addition, the survey responses are processed in TietoAkseli’s Microsoft 365 cloud and in the Salesforce CRM system. All of your personal data is stored within the EU and is not disclosed to any third party.

Retention Period for Personal Data
The results of the customer satisfaction survey are retained for as long as necessary for service development and reporting purposes. Personal data of those participating in the prize draw are retained only for the duration of the draw and the delivery of the prize, after which the data will be permanently deleted. Information provided for the prize draw will not be linked to survey responses.
