Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Our customer satisfaction survey is sent to all contact persons of our active customers who have not opted out of our marketing communications. The sending of the email invitation to the survey is based on TietoAkseli’s legitimate interest under Section 202 of the Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services (direct marketing to legal entities).
Participation in the survey is voluntary. The processing of personal data in connection with survey responses and the prize draw is based on the respondent’s consent. Respondents can be identified from their survey responses. We use the responses you provide to develop our services and improve our customer experience.
We may also contact you, for example, to provide you with the additional information you have requested, to process the feedback you have given, or to offer you services you have expressed interest in. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications from us at any time.

Survey responses are stored in the Surveypal survey tool, which is accessible only to TietoAkseli personnel. All personal data are stored within the EU, and no data are disclosed to third parties.
Retention Period for Personal Data
The results of the customer satisfaction survey are retained for as long as necessary for service development and reporting purposes. Personal data of those participating in the prize draw are retained only for the duration of the draw and the delivery of the prize, after which the data will be permanently deleted. Information provided for the prize draw will not be linked to survey responses.
